I've always had loved cooking. When I was a kid, I spent a lot of time at my grandparents' house. Grandma was always making something. And Grandpa was always watching The Frugal Gourmet or Julia Child.

I started cooking in my teens and never stopped. I've never done it professionally and I'm 100% self-taught. I've made a lot of mistakes. Unfortunately I've forgotten most of them, so it's a lot of the same mistake. 

I wore a pink shirt on the first series we shot and commenters called me “Pink Shirt Guy.” I wore a pink shirt on the next one so I could find and reply to all the lovely YouTube comments.
