The Half-Dirty Martini

Makes 2 Half-Dirty Martinis

4 1/2 oz London Dry gin, such as Bombay Sapphire or Beefeater
3/4 oz Mezzetta Martini Olves olive brine
3/4 oz dry vermouth, such as Noilly Prat

Combine ingredients in a shaker full of ice. Shake until the outside gets frosty, about 45-60 seconds.

Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with an olive.
