Santa drinks because you're bad. Don't let him drink alone.

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1oz Campari

  • 4oz Sparkling wine [I used Delacroix Brut] 

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Pour Campari into a champagne flute or coupe.

Add sparkling wine.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Serve to Santa to see if you can get back on the Nice list.
