Ingredients

  • 2oz Lairds Applejack
  • 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth (I use Noilly Prat)
  • 1 dash bitters (I use Bob's Abbotts Bitters)


Recipe

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin/glass/whatever with ice.
  2. Stir for 60 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Drink.
