Ingredients
- 2oz Lairds Applejack
- 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth (I use Noilly Prat)
- 1 dash bitters (I use Bob's Abbotts Bitters)
Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin/glass/whatever with ice.
- Stir for 60 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Drink.
